BlowDry Brass

BlowDry Brass dries an instrument and mouthpiece after use, removing all harmful moisture etc right away.
By using BlowDry Brass in a clean instrument after playing, almost all moisture in the pumps and valve bodies is removed.
This immediately eliminates conditions that can cause a build-up of harmful contamination in the instrument. Because in a moist instrument, mould and bacteria will always accumulate.
This is certainly important for health reasons.
In addition, its aggressive influence on the rotting of brass is well known, because which brass player does not recognise the picture of small dots in the lacquer that often indicate punctured pumps from the inside, the so-called "brass rot".
This is largely caused by residual moisture which eventually corrodes the brass to such an extent that it rots through. Once this process has started, it is irreversible.
Using the Blowdry Brass maintenance kit prevents all these problems.
